Experience matters.
So does being understood.
I’m Adele Wright
- Executive, Leadership and Transitions Coach and the founder of The Wright Approach.
For more than 25 years, my work has centred on people: how they lead, how they grow, how they respond to change and what helps them thrive rather than simply keep going.
I have worked across leadership, learning and organisational development, change, wellbeing and people practice. Throughout that time, I have seen how often capable people reach important moments in their lives while quietly wondering whether they are ready, whether they still belong or what will remain when a familiar role falls away.
The circumstances differ. The underlying questions are often surprisingly similar:
Who am I now?
What matters to me?
What am I ready to claim—or ready to leave behind?
And how do I move forward without losing myself?
How the coaching feels
Coaching here feels spacious, thoughtful and quietly challenging -
a place to think honestly, see your situation differently and decide what feels right for you now and next.
Clarity
A thoughtful space to say what matters, question assumptions and face what feels difficult.
Courage
Time to untangle competing thoughts, notice what is emerging and see your way forward.
Choice
Greater freedom to consider possibilities, trust your judgement and choose your next step.

You may not know exactly where you're going yet
You only need to know that you are ready to begin
